Traditionally regional breweries are financially of central importance for the respective surrounding area. The integral brand-specific infrastructure, in which the Ayinger Brewery is especially well-embedded, also endows a socio-political responsibility on the Brewery that goes beyond the scope of financial responsibility.

In the consistent implementation of the values that our philosophy incorporates, we actively engage in social, sporting and above all cultural matters. Over the years, Aying has become an extremely well known meeting point for those that appreciate homely customs, real folk music, rural theatrical arts and exhibitions illustrating genuine beer and brewing culture.
