Recognition is important for us.The Ayinger Brewery can pride itself on being the recipient of numerous and diverse acknowledgements and awards. Participation in a multitude of competitions and contract awards is therefore also an important part of our philosophy.
The placements that we have achieved represent a form of acknowledgement in itself. They indicate to us whether or not we are on the right road and, of course, how we are performing against the competition. And it goes without saying that good performance always motivates the entire team.
As our brewery is managed and operated under a policy of integration, awards that do not directly concern our beer specialties have the same value quotient as the numerous awards for beer quality, although they are unfortunately not always perceived in the public arena as so important. Included among these awards are above all those that honor our ecological, socially-oriented, regional and cultural orientation. |
